Now that you are a part of the family, we're opening up our cellar to you. We've held back a small amount of every vintage of our Proprietary Red - O.P.C. - dating all the way back to our first vintage in 1999. Every bottle has been perfectly cellared at 55º degrees since it was bottled. Very limited quantities are available - even for family members.

Since O.P.C. is a blend of four unique varietals we held off on submitting the wine to critics until the 2004 vintage. We were happily delighted that when we did sumbit the 2004 vintage, Wine Enthusiast gave it 92 Points. Better yet, Wine Enthusiast then reviewed our 2005 vintage of O.P.C. rating it 95 Points and ranked it #25 in the world in their Top 100 Wines that year!
